Serving the Mudgee region of Central West NSW for more than 28 years, we are a family owned and operated local bakery producing fresh bread, rolls, pies, sausage rolls, cakes, slices, and much, much more. We have a cafe and salad bar, and are open 7 days a week.

We are looking for a skilled baker and/or pastry cook to join our team in a full time position and help produce our high-quality baked goods daily. Duties include:

Preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Follow recipes, measure ingredients, and ensure quality and consistency in the finished products.
Manage oven temperatures and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Inventory and ingredient ordering.
Interact with customers or assist in designing custom baked goods.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills are essential for this role

Previous experience working in a bakery or commercial food production is required. Must be willing to work night shifts. We're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and able to work autonomously or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year

Mudgee NSW 2850: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

commercial baking: 2 years (Preferred)
