High Rise Masonry is currently looking for experienced bricklayers to join our team. If you're skilled in masonry and take pride in quality workmanship, we’d like to hear from you.
Key Duties:
- Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry units to build or repair structures such as walls, foundations, and arches
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings to execute work accurately
- Mix and apply mortar, ensuring strong and durable finishes
- Measure and cut materials with precision
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and site organisation
- Work collaboratively with site managers, laborers, and other trades
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on bricklaying experience
- Ability to read and follow construction drawings
- Sound knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Compliance with safety regulations
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Working Hours & Compensation:
- Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30PM (8-hour shifts) plus 2
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and skill level
