Join our team as a School Officer - Administration Health & Physical Education at Ryan Catholic College!
We are seeking a motivated and organised School Officer – Administration Health & Physical Education to join our team in a permanent, term-time position. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the school while contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
You will provide administrative support to staff and students, assist with coordinating classroom resources and activities, and help maintain accurate records and communication systems. Working closely with teachers and school leadership, you will also support student learning by assisting with classroom organisation, preparing materials, and helping to monitor student progress where required.
This unique position perfectly blends essential desk-based administration with hands-on event coordination. You will split your time between vital digital support—such as managing student data, compliance, and event tracking on Compass—and practical, active logistics, including coordinating sports carnivals, auditing equipment, organizing excursion transport, and maintaining first-aid readiness across our sports facilities.
With strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, you will build positive relationships with students, staff, and families. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide timely support will help ensure students feel supported, confident, and ready to learn.
