Role: Educator

Location: Rutherford – Postcode 2320 – NSW

Centre: Goodstart Rutherford

Employment Type: Fixed Term - 12 month – Full Time of 38 hours a week - 5 days a week

Pay: $ 36.65 to $39.91 per hour Plus Super

Key Educator Approach : Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart Rutherford is a 75 - place centre.
Great Location : Goodstart Early Learning Rutherford is close to the public school.
Individualized Curriculum : The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.
