An exciting opportunity is now available for a professional and motivated Front Office Supervisor to join our team. Situated in the beautiful Hunter Valey - Lesiure Inn Pokolbin Hill. The Resort boasts 100 guest rooms set on 25 acres of rural landscape.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations and ensuring guests receive exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the front desk staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service.
Manage the daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Ensure that all guest complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Train new front desk staff and ensure that they are knowledgeable about the hotel's policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of room inventory and availability.
Prepare daily reports and communicate with other departments to ensure that guests' needs are met.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of hotel reservations software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
