Full Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Brunswick West, Victoria. This casual full-time hours role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our retail warehouse. The successful candidate will play a key part in managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining a well-organised workspace, contributing to our commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and process online and in-store orders.
Maintain clean, organised, and accurate stock and inventory systems.
Assist with stocktakes, replenishment, and unpacking deliveries/containers.
Perform data entry and administrative tasks using SAP Business One and internal systems.
Support the repair team with basic RMA job creation.
General warehouse upkeep and occasional retail floor support.
Other ad hoc duties as directed by the Warehouse or Repairs team.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
Comfortable lifting stock and working on your feet.
Willingness to learn systems like SAP Business One.
Able to work well independently and within a small team.
Previous warehouse or customer service/admin experience is preferred.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
