We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to join our CRM team at Zip Water.
This is a key role where you’ll support and enhance how Salesforce is used across the business, ensuring the platform runs smoothly, remains user-friendly, and continues to evolve as the organisation grows.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams, playing a hands-on role in support, configuration, training, and continuous improvement.

About the role:
As part of the CRM team, you’ll help drive the ongoing development and optimisation of Salesforce across the business. No two days will be the same, with a mix of user support, system improvements, and project-based work.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting and access management
- Maintain high data quality and integrity across the CRM
- Translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions
- Build and enhance reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations
- Deliver user training and increase system adoption and confidence
- Support testing, upgrades, and release of new features
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams on enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiency
About you:
- Experience in a Salesforce Administrator or CRM support role
- Strong problem-solving ability with a logical, practical approach
- Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills
- Enjoys improving systems and finding smarter ways of working
- Experience with CRM Analytics or Power BI (desirable)
- Knowledge of integrations or data migration (advantageous)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
