Job Description: Registered Nurses at Genuine Connection Care Position

Job type: Casual

Salary: $39 up to $98 per hour + Super

Community Nurse (Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse)Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join our community nursing team. You will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients in their own homes and community settings, supporting their health, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to clients within the community and home care environment
Complete client assessments and contribute to individualised care plans
Provide clinical care including wound management, medication support, health monitoring, and chronic disease management
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
Monitor clients’ health conditions and escalate concerns appropriately
Support clients with maintaining independence and achieving health goals
Communicate effectively with clients, families, carers, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
Complete accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports
Follow infection control, workplace health and safety, and organisational policies
Participate in care coordination and multidisciplinary team collaboration

Essential Requirements

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EEN)
Experience in community nursing, aged care, disability, rehabilitation, or hospital settings (preferred)
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Current Police Check and relevant screening requirements
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
