Health and Healing Wellness Centre is a busy holistic health clinic located in Wooloowin. Our team of chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopaths and massage therapists are all dedicated, highly skilled and compassionate professionals who love nothing more than to enhance health, vitality, and enjoyment of living through quality natural health choices. Our approach is simple. Using holistic health therapies, combined with the experience of our practitioners to ensure that we can build and restore health and overall wellness through diet, exercise, and a range of natural therapies.
The clinic is seeking an enthusiastic and personable receptionist/practitioner assistant to join our administrative team working 8-10 hours per week on a casual basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative duties including scheduling appointments, processing payments, answering phone calls, greeting patients as well as assisting practitioners in meeting their day-to-day requirements including making herbal formulas and amino compounds.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and attributes:
· Previous experience working in a receptionist role
· Proficient in navigating a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· Strong customer service skills with an ability to work well under pressure
· Willingness to be flexible and adaptable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Ability to work independently, and in a team of all ages
· Currently studying a degree in natural health, science or have a strong interest in the field
