We supply and install first-class renewable energy products, with a specialisation in high-quality solar solutions for homes and businesses.

Position available in either the Brisbane or Sunshine Coast office (your choice)!
Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to canvas solar and battery status and future needs
- Data entry and CRM management
- Provide high level customer service
- Listen attentively to customers needs and advise accordingly
Skills and Qualifications:
- Call centre experience will be valued not but essential
- Passionate about customer service and providing a positive customer experience
- Oustanding communication skills, over the phone and written
- Experience with a sales CRM or a willingness to learn quickly
- A team player with a can-do attitude, willing to collaborate and support colleagues
Hours of Work:
- Enjoy the flexibility of working 7.5 hour days between 8:00 am and 5:00pm pm, Monday to Friday.
- Open to part-time arrangements with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
- Willing to consider an arrangement that aligns with school hours, also with a minimum of 3 days per week.
