Maintenance Coordinator (Part-Time | 20–25 hours per week)
As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will take ownership of all site maintenance activities, ensuring plant and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and reliably to support production outcomes. You will act as the technical lead, providing hands-on support during breakdowns and driving long-term asset performance.
You will undertake a variety of activities including:
- Leading day-to-day maintenance operations across the site
- Responding to equipment breakdowns and minimising downtime
- Developing and managing preventative maintenance programs
- Diagnosing faults across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems
- Coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with site standards
- Managing spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical components
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring WHS compliance

- Trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a maintenance supervisor/manager role
- Strong technical knowledge across industrial plant and equipment systems
- Experience with preventative maintenance planning and execution
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in a production environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Sound understanding of WHS requirements and safety best practice
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
