About the Role
Working closely with ownership and clinical leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth running, exceptional patient care, and a positive team environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily clinic operations and workflow
- Leading the administration and reception teams
- Supporting doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Overseeing rostering, systems, compliance, and accreditation
- Monitoring billing, operational performance, and practice efficiency
- Driving a professional, patient-centred clinic culture
About You
You are a confident and organised healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong teams and systems.
Essential:
- Previous Practice Manager or senior healthcare administration experience
- Strong understanding of medical practice operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience with Medicare billing and clinical software systems
- Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve effectively
Highly Regarded:
- General practice or multidisciplinary healthcare experience
- Accreditation experience
- Financial and operational reporting experience
