Full-Time | $35–$45 per hour

This role includes both factory-based work and on-site installations.
About the Role
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Installing kitchen cabinetry and joinery into existing homes
- Constructing and installing new kitchens
- Manufacturing kitchen cabinets and custom components
- Reading plans, drawings, and work orders accurately
- Completing on-site modifications and problem solving where required
- Assisting other installers and team members on-site
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organised workspaces
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
- Participating in ongoing training and development
Projects are located throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
Skills & Experience RequiredEssential Requirements
- Certificate III in Cabinet Making, Carpentry, Joinery, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ industry experience
- Previous kitchen installation experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality finishing standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Own tools
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work rights (sponsorship from the UK for the right person)
A company vehicle will be provided for work-related travel.
