Job Description
As the demand for safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation grows, AECOM provides comprehensive services from concept to completion and beyond. Our transportation experts leverage local knowledge and global capability to help clients navigate challenges and build a better world. Specialising in planning, designing, and managing transportation systems, we also restore and upgrade aging infrastructure. We support public and private clients in moving people and goods sustainably, with a strategic focus on renewable energy and the electrification and decarbonisation of transportation.
How you’ll make a difference:

Contribute to projects across various stages - from concept design to construction and operation.

Support design, project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical/site assurance activities

Assist in developing innovative, sustainable solutions to meet diverse project challenges

Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver and maintain major roadway infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.

Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or any related discipline.

Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.

Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2026.

Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
