About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking two Administration Assistants to join our team in Rockhampton:

1 x Casual Position – 36 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.
1 x Casual Position – 20-25 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent part-time position.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that offers exposure to a range of administrative functions while supporting the day-to-day operations of our site.

In this Role

Provide administrative support to the wider team.
Deliver excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face.
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
Support stock control and inventory-related processes.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Perform data entry and general office administration tasks.
Contribute to a safe and positive workplace culture.
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience is desirable.
Stock control or inventory experience is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and strong commitment to workplace safety.
