Casual | Permanent | Support an Inspiring OSHC Program

After The Bell Aus is excited to offer a rewarding Child Care OSHC opportunity within our team at two of our Rockhampton State School Outside School Hours Care programs!

Returning to the workforce, or seeking better work–life balance, this role could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

Location: Rockhampton(Queensland)
Employment Type: Casual and Part-time

Hours (Monday–Friday):

Before School Care: 7:00am – 9:00am
After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:00pm

Total Hours:

Up to 15hrs per week (during school terms)

As the OSHC Assistant, you will be part of a passionate team to deliver a safe, engaging, and compliant program. You'll deliver exciting activities, build meaningful connections with children and families, and play an active role within the school community.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive and initiative in delivering a child care program that is creative, engaging and enriching
Building strong, positive relationships with families and the school community
Ensuring compliance, safety, and high-quality care
Overseeing documentation, medical records, and daily operations

About You

A natural carer who loves working with children and has worked in the sector previously
Confident communicator across children, families, and school staff
Creative, energetic, and FUN
Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude
Able to maintain a clean, nurturing, and welcoming environment
Diploma qualified or actively working towards a qualified qualification (as per ACECQA standards)
