Full Job Description

We’re looking for a National Account Manager, On Premise to join our Sales team in Sydney, managing some of LION’s largest and most strategically important On Premise customer partnerships.

This is a senior commercial role where you’ll build trusted customer relationships, lead significant negotiations and shape long-term strategies that deliver strong outcomes for LION and our customers.

We’re looking for someone who can see beyond the day-to-day, using data, customer insight and commercial thinking to understand the bigger picture and influence where our partnerships go next.

What you’ll do

Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across key On Premise customers

Develop and execute customer strategies and joint business plans
Lead complex negotiations, including customer agreements and longer-term partnership opportunities
Use insights to identify opportunities and shape strategic priorities
Own key commercial metrics across your portfolio, including volume, margin and customer investment
Work closely across LION to bring together the right thinking, capability and execution for our customers
Stay close to the On Premise landscape, identifying emerging trends and opportunities

What you’ll bring:

Proven On Premise sales experience, with a solid understanding of the channel, its customers and the FMCG environment
Strategic thinking with the ability to balance immediate priorities with the bigger picture
A data-driven approach backed by strong commercial and financial acumen
Confidence navigating complex customer relationships and commercial negotiations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
Energy, curiosity and a challenger mindset, with an interest in using new tools and technology to work smarter
