Full Time - Fixed Term

Join Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia as a Team Administrator supporting our Learning & Development team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This role ensures smooth coordination of training logistics, accurate reporting, and exceptional stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute training materials and reports
Coordinate team communications, events, and inquiries
Manage scheduling, documentation, and support process improvements
Act as a key contact for Learning and Development inquiries for both internal and external stakeholders

About You:

Previous administration experience or similar role essential
Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with learning platforms preferred
High attention to detail
Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
