Achieve Corporate Services is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Cleaner to join our team servicing Southport and surrounding Gold Coast areas.
This role is primarily domestic cleaning, with some commercial cleaning work also available. Much of the domestic work involves cleaning vacant houses and units, so you will generally be working in unoccupied properties.
About the role:
- Casual position
- Primarily domestic cleaning with some commercial work
- Work across Southport and surrounding Gold Coast suburbs
- Domestic cleaning is mainly vacant houses and units
- Mostly weekday daytime work
- Some after-hours commercial cleaning may occasionally be available
- Hours vary depending on scheduled jobs
- Potential for additional hours as work becomes available
Duties may include:
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Cleaning bathrooms and toilets
- Cleaning kitchens
- Cleaning cupboards, benches and internal surfaces
- Detailed cleaning of vacant properties
- General office and commercial cleaning
- Emptying bins
- Other cleaning duties as required
To be considered, you will need:
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between jobs
- Reliable mobile phone
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Previous domestic or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, however training can be provided to the right person.
Employment is paid in accordance with the Cleaning Services Award.
