What You'll Do
Deliver engaging, student-centred nursing education across classroom, simulated, workplace and online environments
Apply evidence based teaching practices to support student success and job ready outcomes
Use flexible and blended learning approaches to engage diverse learner cohorts
Design and assess learning aligned to industry standards and training packages
Build strong relationships with students, colleagues and industry partners
Contribute to program development, continuous improvement and team collaboration
What You'll Bring (Mandatory)
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent vocational competency at least to the level being delivered)
A recognised Training and Assessment qualification (TAE40122, TAE40116, TAE40110, TAE50116, TAE50216 or approved equivalent)
Current industry skills relevant to nursing education and assessment
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development in vocational education and training
What Will Set You Apart (Highly Desirable)
Contemporary experience in primary health care and strong knowledge of current nursing standards
Commitment to culturally safe, evidence based practice
Passion for teaching and supporting student success in simulated and real world settings
Ability to inspire a person centred, holistic approach to care
Experience guiding learners in assessment, care planning, health education and multidisciplinary collaboration

$46,465 - $52,609 per annum depending on experience (Part Time 0.5)
