Located in a contemporary office space on the Gold Coast’s Mermaid Beach, Marino Law specialises in family law, litigation and dispute resolution, commercial and business law, property and real estate law, corporate law, personal and corporate insolvency, migration law and estate and succession planning law.

The Opportunity

You will be part of a high performing and highly regarded family law team working towards collective success. Your responsibilities will include:

Confidently and efficiently managing a varied workload of interesting and complex family law matters;
Providing advice on complex family law matters and delegating work to junior family law lawyers;
Drafting court documents, agreements, advices and correspondence;
Appearing at court, mediations and settlement conferences; and
Maintaining a professional presentation at all times.

About You

To be successful in this position we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven lawyer with:

A minimum of 5+ years post-admission experience in all aspects of family law matters including complex property, children and parenting matters and divorce;
Work autonomously to a high standard and manage client requirements and expectations;
Exceptional communication and writing skills, advocacy and attention to detail;
Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of business;
Ability to liaise and communicate competently with clients and all parties;
A positive attitude, be a team player and a genuine interest in professional development; and
The ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
