EXPERIENCED CARE SERVICE EMPLOYEE (AGED CARE) | CASUAL | Riverina Region

Find A Carer is currently recruiting experienced Care Service Employees (CSEs) to join our casual workforce supporting Residential Aged Care facilities across the Riverina Region.

This role is suited to professional and reliable carers who are confident working within Residential Aged Care environments and able to work independently while delivering safe, respectful and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

Personal care including showering, dressing, toileting and continence support
Mobility assistance and safe manual handling of residents
Supporting meals, hydration and resident wellbeing
Following facility procedures and documentation requirements
Working collaboratively with nurses and facility staff
Providing compassionate and professional care to elderly residents

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 12 months experience working within a Residential Aged Care facility
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Aged Care
Current First Aid and CPR
Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
Experience with manual handling within Residential Aged Care environments
Strong communication and reliability
Ability to confidently use smartphone apps and follow digital instructions
Valid Australian work rights

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $40+ per hour
