Estimator / Business Development Coordinator
Hydro Barrier Pty Ltd

Hydro Barrier Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Business Development Coordinator to assist in securing waterproofing projects across residential, commercial, and remedial construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage tender opportunities through EstimateOne and other construction tender platforms.
Identify suitable waterproofing projects and submit expressions of interest to builders and head contractors.
Review plans, specifications, and scope of works for tender opportunities.
Prepare and coordinate quotations, estimates, and tender submissions.
Build and maintain professional relationships with builders, project managers, and construction companies.
Follow up submitted tenders and leads to maximise project opportunities.
Coordinate with site supervisors and management regarding project requirements and pricing.
Maintain accurate records of tenders, leads, and awarded projects.
Assist in growing Hydro Barrier Pty Ltd’s client base and project pipeline.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience using EstimateOne or similar construction tender platforms.
Understanding of construction and waterproofing systems is highly regarded.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
Organised, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
