What YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

Share your passion for beauty with our customers and inspire them with product knowledge and recommendations.
Deliver exceptional, personalised treatments and service to achieve commercial objectives.
Work closely with your team to empower our customers to look and feel their best.
Build an ever-growing base of return clientele through genuine and insightful interactions.

What YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE

A Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or Makeup Artistry.
Experience working within a customer-centric environment.
Experience consulting in a beauty environment is highly desired.
The ability to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
Exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.
Flexibility to work retail hours which includes some late nights and weekends.
Passion for David Jones and representing our brand, alongside our international Beauty offering including Chanel, Dior, and La Mer.
