Full Job Description

OTR – Assistant Store Manager
OTR Group comprises of over 1000 retail, convenience, and quick service restaurants – including brands such as Reddy Express (formerly known as Coles Express), Smokemart Giftbox, and in S.A, Krispy Kreme, Hungry Jacks, Oporto, Guzman and Gomez and many others. About the Role
Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

Availability Requirements
The successful candidate should have flexible availability but be willing to commit to the following core hours each week:

Monday: 6:30 - 14:00
Tuesday: 6:30 - 14:30
Wednesday: 6:30 - 14:30
Thursday: 6:30 - 14:30
Sunday: 6:30 - 15:00

Leadership experience in a retail/hospitality capacity
A passion to drive your own career, and others around you, forward
Well-developed and professional communication skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others
Ability to adapt to change
Strong attention to detail
Strong sense of teamwork
