The opportunity to join one of the very best Digital teams in the industry, an eCommerce Growth Agency, with a client portfolio of some of the very best & biggest names in Retail & eCommerce.

The Role:
Working directly alongside the Digital Leadership Team and reporting directly to the Performance Team Lead, you'll be responsible for planning, shaping & executing high performing Paid Social campaigns, with a hyper-focus on Meta, for some of the biggest names in the eCommerce space.

Working across a range of accounts and managing an array of budgets, you'll use your hands-on-the-tools experience to deliver the very best outcomes for your client book. Surrounding yourself with some of the very best minds in Performance, this role offers unmatched opportunity to keep developing, growing & furthering your knowledge in Paid Advertising.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

A solid background of experience within Paid Social & Performance Marketing within an Agency environment, managing a number of clients at one time
In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, with TikTok & Pinterest being majorly advantageous and Google being a nice to have
Experience in the eCommerce/DTC industry is a must
The ability to partner with your clients to scale Performance activity and an indepth understanding of growth metrics across nCAC, CPA, MER, LTV & Contribution Margins
Wider exposure & knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo & GA4, with the ability identify & present key trends and provide strong recommendations
Comfortability & experience with managing 6 to 7 figure budgets & Ad spend, particularly within Meta Accounts
A genuine passion and excitement for the eCommerce industry and ability to work collectively across a wide portfolio of brands in every Retail category
