About the Role

Sellevate is a fast-growing e-commerce growth agency working with brands across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and paid media. We're looking for a confident, native English-speaking Australian cold caller to book qualified discovery calls with business owners across Australia.

This is a performance-based role the better you perform, the more you earn. No cap on bonuses.

What You'll Do

Call warm-to-cold leads (list provided) and pitch a short, simple offer
Qualify prospects against a clear ICP (we'll give you the criteria)
Book confirmed meetings into our calendar via Cal.com
Log call outcomes in our CRM/dialer for tracking

What We're Looking For

Native or fluent Australian accent, confident phone manner
Proven cold calling / telemarketing / appointment-setting experience
Comfortable working from a flexible script, not robotic reading
Reliable, self-driven, target-motivated
Available for 15–20 hours/week to start

Compensation

$15–20/hr base (negotiable based on experience)
$40–60 bonus per qualified, confirmed meeting booked
Target: 10–15 booked meetings/month
30-day paid trial period before moving to standard structure
Realistic monthly earning potential: $1,500–2,500+ for consistent performers

How to Apply

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
