Support the delivery of life-changing health and wellbeing services for country children as a Schools & Early Years Coordinator. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality, client-centred service delivery through exceptional coordination, communication and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to the Schools & Early Years Operations Team Leader, the Schools & Early Years Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality administrative and coordination support across our services.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams, schools, and families to ensure seamless and responsive service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and scheduling client appointments in line with clinical needs and service requirements
- Supporting client onboarding, including telehealth setup and technology readiness
- Maintaining accurate and timely data across systems to support reporting and compliance
- Building strong relationships with schools, families and internal teams
- Ensuring services are delivered in line with organisational policies and quality standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
- Providing responsive, professional communication with all stakeholders
- Ensuring confidentiality, risk management and compliance requirements are met

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- At least 2 years’ experience in administration, coordination or customer service roles
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including families, schools and clinicians
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality and sound judgement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience navigating multiple systems
Desirable:
- Tertiary qualifications in health, education or a related field
- Experience in health, education or not-for-profit sectors
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling or service coordination
- Understanding of allied health or child development
- Interest in rural and remote community issues
