We value native-level fluency, a deep practical understanding of social media trends, and the ability to recognize cultural nuances. Experience in content moderation, digital media analysis, or community-based projects is a significant plus. Clear, metacognitive communication—"showing your work"—is essential.

We offer a pay range of $16-to- $28 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location.
