Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations, client communications, and laboratory coordination.

Key Responsibilities Client & Practitioner Support

Respond to phone, email, and website enquiries professionally and efficiently
Assist clients with booking appointments and test coordination
Liaise with healthcare practitioners, pathology collectors, legal professionals, and partner laboratories
Provide clients with testing instructions, forms, and documentation

Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate client records and confidential documentation
Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups
Process incoming and outgoing mail, pathology kits, and courier bookings
Assist with data entry, filing, document management, and CRM updates
Coordinate appointment schedules and calendar management

Laboratory & Operational Coordination

Track incoming samples and testing progress
Ensure consent forms and chain-of-custody documentation are complete
Assist with shipping logistics for domestic and international samples
Monitor stock levels of testing kits and office supplies
Support quality assurance and compliance documentation where required

Marketing & General Business Support

Assist with social media scheduling and basic content updates
Support event coordination, practitioner outreach, and affiliate communications
Provide general support to management and operational teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $49,900.00 – $82,545.58 per year
