Casual Front of House Team Member / Barista

Kenrose Bakery | Carina, Brisbane

Kenrose Bakery is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team.

Availability Required

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings

About the Role

This role involves serving customers, making coffee, presenting products beautifully, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer who visits Kenrose Bakery.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

Has experience making coffee or is willing to learn
Has a passion for food, coffee, and customer service
Is warm, friendly, and enjoys talking with customers
Can work efficiently during busy periods
Is organised and able to self-manage tasks
Has excellent communication skills
Is reliable, punctual, and professional
Takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and serving coffee and beverages
Assisting customers with product recommendations
Operating the point-of-sale system
Displaying and replenishing bakery products
Maintaining cleanliness of the café and service areas
Providing outstanding customer service

You will assist our kitchen team in preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, organising stock, and supporting daily bakery operations.
