Full Job Description

Capture professional photos and videos of signage projects during manufacturing and installation.
Create engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts).
Produce promotional videos showcasing completed projects and company capabilities.
Create project showcases.
Photograph finished projects for the company portfolio

Social Media & Marketing

Develop, schedule and publish content across:
Instagram
Facebook
LinkedIn
YouTube
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Write engaging captions and marketing copy.
Respond to online inquiries and comments where required.
Assist with paid advertising campaigns.

Marketing Analytics

Monitor digital marketing performance.
Analise campaign data and recommend improvements.
Prepare monthly marketing reports.
Track social media growth, engagement and conversions.
Apply statistical and analytical methods to evaluate campaign performance and pricing strategies where required.

Branding

Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding.
Assist in developing brochures, flyers, presentations and promotional materials.
Support new product launches and company campaigns.

Qualifications

Essential

Bachelor in Marketing and Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Content Creator, Digital Marketing or Social Media role.
Experience creating content for commercial businesses.
Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
Experience using professional cameras or smartphones for content production.

Desirable

Experience within the construction, manufacturing or signage industry.
Experience working with Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
Ai Tools
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
