Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Architectural Draftsperson to join our growing architectural and design team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or junior professional looking to develop their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment working on a variety of architectural and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and develop architectural drawings and documentation using ArchiCAD
Assist in the coordination of architectural, structural, and services documentation across multiple disciplines
Produce accurate and timely drawing packages and revisions
Work closely with senior designers, consultants, and project teams
Review and interpret architectural and construction drawings
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard

Essential Requirements

Proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential)
Qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Design, or similar field — or equivalent industry experience
Strong understanding of architectural and construction drawings
Good coordination and communication skills
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Eager to learn, proactive, and punctual
Ability to manage deadlines and deliver work in a timely manner
Positive attitude and willingness to work within a team environment

Desirable

Previous experience in an architectural or construction office environment
Familiarity with Australian construction documentation standards and NCC requirements
