Our client, a leading global logistics company, is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator for an ongoing opportunity based in Pinkenba.

What's on offer:

Monday to Friday
7:00am – 3:00pm
Shift times can be flexible where required
Maternity leave coverage for up to 12 months
Potential for permanent employment

Your duties will include:

Reception and front-of-house coverage
General administration
Answering phones and responding to enquiries
Data entry, bookings and emails
Providing excellent customer service
Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Good computer skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and professional approach
Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
