We are seeking an experienced Industrial or Automotive Spray Painter to join our Brisbane-based manufacturing team.

About the Role

Surface preparation including cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming

Application of primers, topcoats, and protective finishes

Mixing paints and coatings to specifications

Operating spray-painting equipment safely and efficiently

Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Working closely with production teams to meet customer requirements
About You

Trade qualification in Automotive Spray Painting preferred, but not essential

Experience in industrial or automotive spray-painting environments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Knowledge of paint systems, surface preparation, and finishing techniques

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
