Full Job Description

Haynes are seeking an Administrator to join a well-established organisation in Archerfield. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting safety and operational teams.

The Role

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure safety records, documentation, and reporting are accurate, compliant, and up to date.

This is a part-time position, offering 5–6 hours per day, 4–5 days per week, with on-site attendance required.

Competitive pay rate of $45.00 per hour + penalties
Flexible part-time hours to support work-life balance
Short term contract - 3 months with potential for extension

Location Requirement

Applicants must be based in or able to commute to Archerfield for on-site work.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate safety records, registers, and documentation
Perform high-volume data entry with strong focus on data integrity
Generate reports and track safety metrics using internal systems
Support document control processes and compliance requirements
Assist with coordination of safety-related activities and communications
Provide general administrative support to the wider team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Strong data entry and record management skills, with high attention to detail
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX and Excel for reporting and data tracking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to support team operations in a fast-paced environment
A proactive mindset with strong organisation and problem-solving abilities
The ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision
