About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Shift Manager for the Night Shift at Melbourne Distribution Centre. As the Shift Manager, you'll be working the night shift from 10pm to 6am, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our distribution centre located in Dandenong operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently during the night shift.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, as the Shift Manager, you’ll lead a team of Team Managers and Labour Hire staff to ensure seamless and efficient distribution of our products. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining safety standards, managing KPIs, and ensuring we meet our business goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to step into a key role, where no two days are the same!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing policies
- Manage risk and develop processes to ensure the safe, smooth operation of the shift
- Achieve operational KPIs, including financial, safety, and compliance metrics
- Build and maintain an engaged team, promoting a positive work culture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive customer-focused outcomes

- 5+ years of leadership experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment
