About the Roles
We are currently seeking:
- Labourers
- Renderers
- Experienced Trowel Hands
to work across a variety of residential and commercial projects. Whether you're an experienced tradesperson or someone looking to build a long-term career in the industry, we offer stable employment and the opportunity to be part of a supportive, professional team.
Key Responsibilities
Labourers:
- Assist plasterers and renderers with daily tasks
- Mix render materials and prepare surfaces
- Set up and pack down work areas
- Perform general site clean-up and manual labour
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Support the team to ensure project deadlines are met
Renderers & Experienced Trowel Hands:
- Apply rendering and solid plastering finishes to a high standard
- Prepare and assess surfaces for application
- Complete trowel finishing and texture work
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Maintain quality workmanship and site safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the team on residential and commercial projects
What We're Looking For
For Labourers:
- Previous labouring experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well within a team
For Solid Plasterers, Renderers & Trowel Hands:
- Previous experience in rendering and/or solid plastering
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
For All Applicants:
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport (required)
- White Card (required)
