Registered Nurse – Clinical Pre-Admissions | St Andrews War Memorial Hospital

Employment Term: Permanent Part Time Opportunity

Location: located opposite Roma St Parklands, St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital is just a short walk to Brisbane city

Remuneration: $42.50- $54.62/ hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

Your part in our St Andrews War Memorial Hospital team

Applies sound clinical practice which ensures a safe environment and promotes optimal patient health.
Effectively exchanges information regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care.
Achieves optimum patient care through effective collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of care.
Achieves optimal patient outcomes through appropriate allocation of staff and delegation of work and uses effective communication skills.
Exercises authority through appropriate decision making.
Utilises customer service principles to exceed customer expectations.
Undertake other duties as required/directed as service needs change or grow, consistent with the above and within the scope of the position and any other legal or industrial obligations.

Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent
Current AHPRA practicing certificate as a Registered Nurse and/ Midwifery
A commitment toward the mission of UnitingCare Hospitals and the attainment of the goals of the Nursing Division.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices.
Prepared to comply with and uphold the terms and conditions of employment for nursing staff as per the relevant UnitingCare Health Enterprise Agreement.
