Join our team at BIG4 Carnarvon Gorge Holiday Park as an All Rounder Couple/Team. Successful applicants will play a vital role in working across all aspects of the day-to-day operations including Reception, Groundskeeping & Maintenance, Housekeeping, and assisting within our busy café, restaurant, and bar areas as required. You will be required to work in a team environment with the common goal of offering our guests an unforgettable experience at this iconic location.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipate guest needs, and offer support and assistance where necessary.
- Answering telephones and emails for guest bookings and enquiries.
- Assist with food and beverage service within the café, restaurant, and bar areas.
- Support kitchen and front-of-house operations as required, including clearing tables, food running, basic drink service, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
- Accommodation and infrastructure repairs and maintenance.
- General gardening and grounds maintenance to uphold the quality of lawns, gardens, and trees.
- Small works/projects assistance as required.
- Enforce park rules to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
- Maintain the appearance of accommodation, amenities, and park buildings to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist fellow team members in completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Safely operate vehicles and equipment while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Utilise chemicals according to Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) guidelines and maintain chemical knowledge.
- Ensure the overall presentation of the Holiday Park exceeds guest expectations.
- Ensure cleanliness of amenities blocks, laundries, and camp kitchens to provide a hygienic environment for guests.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and school holidays, to meet the needs of the park.
- Direct support to Park Managers as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in Reception, Groundskeeping, Housekeeping or Food and Beverage is preferred but not essential. We can provide on the job training for the right candidates.
- Previous experience with Newbook property management system or similar ideal.
- Trade experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and MSDS guidelines advantageous.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness, park presentation and safety standards.
- Capacity to work effectively within a team and also independently.
- Capacity to assist in Management tasks if/when required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
