Full Job Description

You’ll be responsible for:

Commercial management of MEP subcontract packages from procurement through final account.
Manage tendering activities, including procurement of subcontract packages and materials.
Provide robust commercial reporting, cost control, and change management support.
Identify, manage, and report risks and opportunities to protect project value.
Prepare advanced financial models and strategic summaries to present commercial performance and risks clearly to C-suite and senior management.
Drive profitability through value engineering, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to support net-zero carbon delivery outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

Tech-forward mindset with a strong willingness or demonstrated capability to adopt emerging technologies (AI tools, BIM, and emerging construction software) to enhance accuracy and streamline project delivery.
Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent qualification.
MRICS (or equivalent (AIQS)) preferred.
Strong commercial management, cost control, contract, and reporting capability.
Collaborative communicator with a commitment to sustainability and client success.
