Biogenics is a house of natural health brands and a contract manufacturer.
Bioactiv Healthcare, BioResearch, MyDetoxify and Health Script are the brands of the business and as the current MC has left unexpectadly, we are now seeking a visionary to head our Marketing department, grow our brands to new heights, work with our Praccy support and offer exceptional Marketing Support.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing person that can start off casual - 30 hours or so a week and lead to permanent in the very near future if the fit is right. This person will be able to manage an Outsource TEAM, use AI to their advantage, grow data bases and be an avid learner who learns quickly how to do something if they don't currently know.
We understand there is alot to manage in the time given, but this is why you will be able to manage overseas teams who can get work done for you and we are also in the times of AI where things can be done for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management: Overseeing the retail ranges in the company and making sure certain targets are achieved.
E-Commerce: Shopify, amazon, ebay...ensure all websites have a seamless online shopping experience and impleent strategies to increase online sales.
Digital Marketing: Overseeing the SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and engaging influencer partnerships.
In House Collaboration: works with marketing team (outsourced) to keep flyers, tech sheets, websites and more up to date and working with warehousing and production to keep pricelists, catalogues and campaigns up to date.
Webinars and Expos: Is able to put content together with the director for webinars quarterly. Is able to work with industry professionals to produce webinars. Is also able to travel a couple of times a year for trade shows.
Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute a comprehensive maketing strategy aligned with the company goals.
Organised Calendarisation: Keeping the Marketing calender up to date and making sure all advertisements, campaigns and events are completed in time and on full.
Design: (work with outsourcing team) monthly specials, monthly newsletters, labels, flyers and brochures. You will need to know Adobe inside and out or be able to have well organised designers in your team.
Tech Support: works with the current pracitioner to offer technical support via emails, website replies and phone calls.
What we are seeking:
- Can manage a external team and grow sales.
- Someone with a bachelor or a diploma of marketing, business admin or marketing and design. A minimum of 3 years in Marketing experience.
- Has above average communication skills and excellent English.
- Knows where AI is headed and how to use it.
- Strong organisational skills. Critial thinker who can outsource alot.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
- Proficient in online marketing and growing databases
