What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for talented and passionate barbers who:
- Qualified Apprenticeship / Certificate 3 or 4 with experience or 3 years of full tme experience
- Excel at cutting hair, performing face shaves, and mastering skin fades
- Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Thrive in a team setting, contributing to a positive and collaborative atmosphere
- Are goal-oriented, focused, and motivated
- Deliver exceptional customer service with an approachable and outgoing personality
- Show initiative, problem-solving skills, and maintain composure in challenging situations
