We’re looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our high-performing team in Woolloongabba, Brisbane. This role offers the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise across diverse, occupation-centred work, including ADL and Workplace Assessments, ensuring no two days are ever the same.
Step into a senior consultancy role supporting the long-term sustainability of our Driving Assessment Service, with opportunity to develop advanced scopes of practice, including Occupational Therapy Driving Assessments.
Assessing injured workers (physical and psychological) to help them safely return to work.
- Conducting workplace assessments to identify physical and psychological demands and create tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Providing expert clinical opinions and writing detailed reports.
- Performing ADL Assessments, coordinating services, and prescribing necessary equipment.
- Managing complex injury cases, collaborating with doctors and healthcare professionals for the best recovery outcomes.
- Beyond these core responsibilities, you'll also lead and oversee injury prevention services, such as:
- Pre-Employment Assessments (drug & alcohol testing, audiology, spirometry, vision, functional testing).
- Job Dictionary Development—documenting essential job demands for workplace rehabilitation.
- Manual Task Risk Assessments to enhance workplace safety.
- Interactive Manual Handling Training & Warm-up Programs to prevent injuries.
- Ergonomic Assessments across workplaces, homes, and vehicles.

Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
2 years’ or more relevant OT experience, ideally within occupational rehabilitation, clinical or a related setting.
Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
