Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Foreman to oversee our construction projects in Brisbane, Queensland. The Site Foreman will play a crucial role in ensuring that all operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of quality. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for an individual with mid-senior level experience in the building and construction industry, who is looking to contribute to our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to management.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective communication.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets.
Implement best practices in construction methods and techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the building and construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Relevant certifications in construction management or safety (e.g., White Card, First Aid).
