Full‑time | On‑site Gold Coast HQ | Multi‑site healthcare group

Green Life Clinics is expanding nationally, with new clinics launching across Queensland and Melbourne. We’re building a modern, commercially‑driven marketing function — and this role is the single point of accountability for performance, growth, and partner management across a highly regulated healthcare environment.

This is an on‑site, Gold Coast–based role. It’s 50% strategy and 50% hands‑on execution — ideal for someone who loves owning the numbers, driving outcomes, and building capability over time.

Because we operate in a regulated clinical setting, this role requires someone who has worked in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, allied health, insurance, government, or another compliance‑heavy industry. You’ll work closely with clinic leaders, operations, external partners, and senior management to ensure marketing is aligned, compliant, and executed with clarity and impact.

What you’ll own

Marketing performance across all paid channels (Google, Meta) in partnership with external agencies
Agency management — holding partners accountable to CPA, bookings, ROI and funnel performance
Budget allocation & optimisation across channels, clinics, and new site launches
Marketing strategy for all clinics, including Melbourne expansion and new site openings
Reporting, attribution, and data integrity, ensuring full‑funnel visibility
Third‑party relationships including shopping centres, retail partners, and local area marketing
Leadership of our Customer Experience & Social Media Specialist
Identifying opportunities to bring capability in‑house as we scale

You are the person who ensures our marketing engine is commercially aligned, measurable, compliant, and consistently delivering growth.

Clear, accurate reporting and attribution across the entire funnel
Paid channels consistently hitting CPA and ROI targets
Strong agency accountability and performance
Smooth, high‑impact marketing support for new clinic launches
A growing internal capability and a well‑coached CX & Social Specialist
A marketing function that is predictable, scalable, and commercially aligned
