An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our Brisbane Airport concept store. Deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE:

Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
ASIC pass provided.
Tuesday to Saturday roster.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
