Full Job Description

QTC is embarking on a significant transformation of its People & Culture (Hire to Retire) systems while also optimising core enterprise platforms, including the Treasury Management System and automated testing capability.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, Change Delivery & Enablement (12-month max term contract) to lead this critical body of work across People & Culture system modernisation and core platform optimisation.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

Define clear scope, objectives and outcomes with business and technology stakeholders

Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver complex programs end‑to‑end

Own delivery risks, issues and dependencies, escalating early where needed

Drive fit‑for‑purpose business and technical requirements aligned to QTC standards

Run effective workshops to produce practical delivery artefacts

Manage change impacts across timelines, budget and resourcing

Embed outcomes into BAU and uplift delivery standards across the team

About you:

You are a confident delivery leader with experience managing complex technology initiatives. You bring:

Strong capability in project governance, budgeting, risk and quality management

Experience delivering complex IT projects, ideally within finance or banking environments

Experience delivering HR systems/HRIS, Treasury Management System (TMS) uplift and/or testing automation

Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills

A calm, solutions‑focused approach in fast‑paced and ambiguous environments

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential: Tertiary qualification, project management certification, and experience leading complex, multi‑disciplinary deliveries across agile and waterfall environments
Desirable: Postgraduate qualification and experience in business analysis or change management
