About the Role
Fortress Collision Repair Services is seeking a full-time Estimator / Insurance Loss Adjuster to join its South Brisbane operation.
The role involves assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates and liaising with insurers and internal teams to support repair outcomes.
Duties
- Inspect and assess damaged vehicles, including structural and mechanical components
- Determine appropriate repair methods based on industry and manufacturer standards
- Prepare repair cost estimates using systems such as Audanet, iBody or similar
- Communicate with insurers, customers and internal teams regarding repairs
- Identify repairable and total loss vehicles
- Monitor repair costs and ensure alignment with approved estimates
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- Relevant experience in vehicle estimating, assessing or similar automotive role
- Knowledge of collision repair processes and vehicle construction
- Experience with estimating systems (Audanet, iBody, PartsCheck or similar)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
Salary
$85,000 – $110,000 per annum plus superannuation
