Penelope Bistro is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Cocktail Waiter to join our front-of-house team. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced venue, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Cocktail Waiter, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering outstanding table service, showcasing our beverage offerings, and working closely with our bar and floor teams.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver cocktails, wine, and beverages to tables
Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, cocktails, wine, and promotions
Assist with table maintenance and venue presentation
Process payments and handle POS transactions
Work collaboratively with bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff
Ensure responsible service of alcohol practices are followed at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a restaurant, cocktail bar, or hospitality venue
Strong customer service and communication skills
Passion for food, wine, and cocktails
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong team focus
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Current RSA certificate (essential)
